Swell Property Works is a locally owned and operated business providing quality carpentry, building and property maintenance across the Southern Gold Coast, Tweed Coast and Northern NSW.
I'm Taylor, a trade-qualified carpenter. I started Swell because the coast is full of good houses with long lists of small jobs that nobody wants to come out for. A door that sticks. A fly screen that's torn. A deck that needs boards before it needs replacing. I take those jobs seriously, turn up when I say I will, and do them properly.
If it's broken, I'll probably fix it. If it's not, I'll build it. From small fixes to bigger projects, no job is too small.
