Cabarita Beach, or Bogangar on the map, sits around Norries Headland with Hastings Point just to the south. It's a mix of original beach houses and flats near the village, newer homes in the Bogangar streets, and a busy short-stay market that's grown since Halcyon House put the town on the map.
That short-stay market drives a lot of our work here: screens, sliding doors, decks and paint that need to be right for the next guest. The older homes need the honest maintenance of any beach town, and Hastings Point's exposed headland homes take some of the harshest weather on the Tweed Coast.
