Painting, touch-ups and minor plastering
Sometimes a house doesn't need a renovation, it just needs to look fresh again. Scuffed hallways, a bedroom that's had three tenants, weatherboards that have gone chalky on the sunny side, or the wall the removalists dented.
We patch, sand, prime and paint so the finish lasts, and we're honest about scope: we handle rooms, touch-ups, small exteriors and the painting that follows our own carpentry. For a whole-house exterior with scaffold, a dedicated painting crew will be cheaper and we'll say so.

Quote by room or by the job, paint specified (we use Dulux or Taubmans unless you have a preference).

Prep done properly: patch, sand, dust, cut in, two coats.

Questions we get asked
Small single-storey exteriors, yes. Two-storey exteriors needing scaffold are better handled by a painting company and we'll tell you if that's the case.
Small end-of-lease and pre-sale jobs can usually be fitted in within a week. Tell us the date and we'll work around it.
Recurring cracks at cornice or over doorways are usually movement, not paint. We rake them out, re-set with flexible compound and tape where needed so they stay closed.
