Carpentry and property maintenance in Kingscliff
Kingscliff has grown fast. The original beach town along Marine Parade and Kingscliff Street, with its 60s and 70s houses and low-rise flats, now sits alongside Salt Village and the newer estates south of Cudgen Creek, and Chinderah's older homes along the river to the north. The new Tweed Valley Hospital at Cudgen has added more housing again.
The older Kingscliff homes generate classic coastal maintenance: screens, sliding doors, sills, skirting and fences. The Salt and newer estate homes are only 15 to 20 years old but already need fence renewals, deck re-oiling and the odd door re-hang as they settle. Holiday-let owners along the beachfront keep us busy between bookings.

Local notes
Kingscliff's coastal dune line puts many homes in direct salt exposure. Stainless fixings and durable hardwoods are standard on anything we build there. Cudgen and the land west of the highway have red volcanic soil and larger blocks, which changes fencing and post work.
