Swell Property Works (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, suburb and a description of the job. We use this only to reply to you and quote the work.
Analytics. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site (pages viewed, rough location, device type). IP addresses are anonymised. Analytics does not run until you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, and you can decline with no loss of function.
Who processes it
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. The site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics, where accepted, is provided by Google. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Cookies
The site stores one small preference in your browser to remember your cookie choice. Google Analytics sets its own cookies only after you accept. To change your mind, clear your browser’s site data for this website and the banner will show again.
Your rights
