It's a big, varied area: the older homes and units around the Tweed River and Jack Evans Boat Harbour, the large brick-veneer estates of Banora Point and Tweed Heads South built through the 80s and 90s, and the hillside homes of Terranora and Bilambil Heights with their decks and views.
