Small renovations and fit-outs, finished properly
Not every renovation needs a builder, a project manager and a six-month program. A lot of coastal homes just need one room brought up to date: a laundry re-lined and fitted out, a spare bedroom turned into an office, a tired living area re-skirted, re-doored and repainted.
That's the size of job we do best. One trade-qualified carpenter runs the work from strip-out to final coat, brings in a licensed plumber or electrician when the job needs one, and stays until it's finished. You get one point of contact and one invoice.

- Strip-out, re-lining and plasterboard patching
- New doors, skirting, architraves and cornice
- Built-in wardrobes, shelving and laundry cabinetry
- Feature walls: VJ panelling, battens and timber cladding
- Painting and finishing

We focus on single rooms and small fit-outs. For a full-house renovation or an extension you'll need a licensed builder; we're happy to say so and can often recommend one.

Typically three to six working days depending on whether plumbing moves. We'll give you a start and finish date on the quote.
