Carpentry and property maintenance in Coolangatta and Kirra
Coolangatta is the most apartment-heavy part of our area. Marine Parade, Rainbow Bay and Greenmount Hill are lined with everything from 1960s walk-ups to new towers, with pockets of houses behind Griffith Street and up the hill towards the border. Kirra, to the north, mixes beachfront flats with the older homes on Kirra Hill.
Apartment work is its own trade. Balcony sliding doors and screens live in full salt spray. Internal doors get swapped for solid-core to cut noise. Skirting, architraves and painting turn over with every tenancy or sale. We do a lot of it for owners, agents and body-corporate managers, and we're used to working around building access and noise rules.

Local notes
Working in Coolangatta towers means booking lifts, respecting body-corporate hours and protecting common areas. We factor that in. Being right on the NSW border, we also pick up jobs in Tweed Heads on the same trip.
