Fly screen door repairs, servicing and mesh replacement
Living on the coast means living with the doors open, which means fly screens do a lot of work. Mesh tears, rollers seize, frames bend and the door that used to glide now needs a shoulder. It's one of the most common calls we get, and usually one of the quickest to fix.
We repair and re-mesh sliding screen doors, hinged screen doors and window screens, replace rollers and handles, and supply new screens where the frame is beyond saving. Standard fibreglass mesh, pet-resistant mesh and stainless security-style mesh are all available.

Questions we get asked
Most repairs land between $110 and $240 depending on whether it's rollers, mesh or both. A full re-mesh of a sliding door is typically $140 to $240. We confirm the price before starting.
Nearly always. We carry mesh, spline, rollers and common handles in the van, so the door goes back on the same visit.
Standard fibreglass mesh is fine for most homes and doesn't corrode. Aluminium mesh can pit in salt air. If you want strength, a stainless or heavy-gauge pet mesh lasts well and stands up to dogs.
Yes. New builds, rentals and holiday lets often need every screen re-meshed at once. We price those per screen with a discount for volume.
